I suggest we use the website https://snapshot.org/ to manage the DAO proposals and decisions.
Many NFT DAO projects use this website, and it appears to be very clear and easy to use. For instance have a look at Mutant Cats DAO proposals, votes and decisions https://snapshot.org/#/mutantsdao.eth

We were originally intended to use snapshot but it votes only for treasury decisions and token based not NFTs. Which is why we wrote our own.

From what I see with other NFT projects using it, it allows to vote for any subject, not only treasury decisions
